What a desk stores
When house opens a Client ID we keep the company, contact, email, phone, country, callback URL, currencies, credit cup, and wallet limit. The desk also keeps its API key material, MFA and session state, and the commercial ledger.
A launch needs the player reference your desk sends, so wallet callbacks can run sessionCheck, playerDetails, getBalance, and moveFunds. That reference is for the session. The chips stay on your wallet.
What the ledger stores
Chargeable GGR is max(0, bets − wins). That figure, plus promo charges and adjustments, is written to the agent commercial ledger with a reference and an actor. Player bet and win settle the game. They are not an extra player fee.
Why we keep it
To assign supply, start a game, settle the session through your callbacks, charge the desk, and answer a question. Master supply keys stay house-side. They are not shown on the agent books.
Access on the desk
Sign-in can require MFA. Sessions stay on GameXora. The sell API uses the desk key, secret, optional HMAC, and an IP allow-list. Wallet callbacks can carry a timestamp, nonce, and signature. Quote the traceId when you write in about a hop.
This marketing site
These pages do not ask you to create an account. The request form opens your own mail client addressed to support@gamexora.com. It does not post the note to a GameXora server. These pages do not set a tracking cookie.
How long
Desk and ledger records stay while the Client ID is open. After it is suspended or deleted, we keep what the commercial ledger and a support trace still need. Write to support if you want a copy of what the desk holds, or if you want a closed desk removed where the ledger no longer needs it.
Who can see it
House staff who run the catalog, the credit cup, and support. Your desk sees only the books attached to its Client ID. A studio receives a launch only for a title house assigned to that desk. We do not sell the desk list.
